RETURN POLICY

Hardscape Supply aims to provide exceptional service and quality products to all customers. Due to the nature of our business, most sales are final. Returns or exchanges are generally not offered on bulk materials, aggregates, landscaping products, special orders, or custom-cut items. Some hand tools may be eligible for return at the store’s discretion.

Eligible Returns

  • Hand tools and select accessories may be considered for return within 7 days of purchase.
  • Tools and accessories must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
  • All returns are subject to inspection; items showing any use, damage, or altered packaging will be refused.

Ineligible Returns

  • No returns on bulk aggregates, soil, mulch, stone, concrete products, and special orders under any circumstances.
  • No returns on any materials that have been opened, installed, cut, glued, scratched, chipped, or not in original condition.
  • No returns on discounted or final sale items.

Restocking Fees and Delivery Charges

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15-30%) depending on the item.
  • If pickup of returnable product is required, a delivery charge equal to the original delivery fee may apply.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Claims for Damaged Items

  • Inspect products at pickup or delivery; report damage within 3 business days for resolution.
  • Items with manufacturer defects will be handled directly with the supplier.
